Child Care Services
Workforce Solutions maintains a list of childcare providers who have agreed to provide services for families in need of care for their child(ren). The Child Care program provides subsidized child care for parents that are working, training or enrolled in educational programs. Eligibility for the program is determined by the parent's monthly gross income.
Child Care Provider Qualifications
Providers that have an agreement with Workforce Solutions must meet the following qualifications:
- Licensed by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services.
- Registered with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services.
- Licensed by the Texas Department of Health as a youth day camp; or
- Operated and monitored by the United States military services.
- Are not the subject of any corrective or adverse action with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, the Texas Department of Health, or any other state or federal agency.
Providers receive technical assistance from Workforce Solutions Child Development staff to enhance services as needed.

Child Care Employer Services
Providers must also provide copies of their center's policies and rates.
The seven county Workforce Solutions offices are available to providers that are looking for qualified job seekers. Employers can contact staff at any office and submit a job order.
